Survey: Is TDP Backstabbing Jana Sena MLAs?

A survey conducted by a popular media group is going viral on social media. The focus of the survey is anti-incumbency sentiment toward sitting MLAs in Andhra Pradesh.

According to the results, out of the total 135 TDP MLAs, 54 are reportedly facing anti-incumbency. In the case of Jana Sena, 17 out of its 21 MLAs are facing similar dissatisfaction. As for the BJP, 5 out of 8 MLAs are said to be affected.

This data reveals an interesting pattern. While 54 out of 135 TDP MLAs face anti-incumbency, the majority still enjoy public support. However, 17 out of 21 Jana Sena MLAs facing backlash is a significant concern.

Some Jana Sena members claim that the TDP is not allowing the party to grow within the alliance government. They allege that only Pawan Kalyan is being favored, while other leaders are sidelined.

One Jana Sainik even opined that TDP seems determined to weaken Jana Sena — possibly a key reason behind forming the alliance in the first place.

"The Alliance is to win first and weaken the ally next", he said.
