New BJP entrant Raghav Chadha got an early introduction to the party’s culture and protocol on his very first day.
During a meeting with BJP national president Nitin Nabin last week, Chadha addressed him repeatedly as “Nitin Nabin ji.”
After a few such references, BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh gently stepped in and advised Chadha to use the formal address “Rashtriya Adhyaksh ji” instead.
Party insiders described the moment as Chadha’s first lesson in the BJP’s emphasis on hierarchy, discipline, and established conventions following his switch from the Aam Aadmi Party.
