Strange are the ways of power star Pavan Kalyan. He has floated Jana Sena Party but never activates the same.
He suddenly wakes up from slumber and goes into people with one issue or the other, but goes back into sleep with equal speed within no time.
The latest news is that Pavan is planning to come back into action to take up cudgels in favour of farmers who have been fighting against setting up of Aqua Food Park in West Godavari district.
During his Kakinada meeting held a couple of months ago, the farmers gave him a memorandum seeking his support to oppose the aqua food park which would destroy crops in their region.
The Chandrababu Naidu government is hell bent on constructing the food park, despite strong opposition from the farmers.
One wonders whether farmers would take Pavan Kalyan so seriously, after seeing his hide and seek game.
In the past, Pavan took up the similar fight for the sake of farmers of Guntur district whose lands had been taken away by the Naidu government for the sake of Amaravati capital in the name of land pooling. He promised them that he would fight for their rights. Subsequently, he did not even bother to go back to these villages.
Similarly, he came out with an announcement that he would launch a massive fight for the special category status. After Tirupati and Kakinada meetings, Pavan went back into hibernation. He is busy with his shootings.
And now, he is saying he will fight against Aqua Food park. Will anybody take him seriously?
