Jagan, KCR to emerge as 'kingmakers', says IB report

The Intelligence Bureau, that functions under the central government, revealed that, YSRCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy and TRS chief, Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao will emerge as 'kingmakers' at the Centre, after Lok Sabha polls in May.

These finding were the result of field-level survey done by IB agents across the country during the last two years.

The survey was reportedly done on the directions of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to gauge the pulse of voters before Lok Sabha polls.

The IB survey revealed that YSRCP will win 20 Lok Sabha seats out of total 25 in AP, while TRS will win 16 out of 17 seats in Telangana.

The survey observed that either NDA or UPA will be able to come to power at the Centre after Lok Sabha polls without the support of YSRCP or TRS as neither NDA nor UPA will get the magic figure of 272 to form government.

And for that matter, even the Third Front being floated by Trinamool chief and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee will have to depend on Jagan and KCR to form government.

This is because, YSRCP and the TRS are the only regional parties which are maintaining equidistance from NDA, UPA and Third Front and their support is essential to form government.

Both Jagan and KCR skipped the Third Front rally convened by Mamata Banerjee in Kolkata last month because TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu was present.

Jagan and KCR refused to share the dais with Chandrababu.
