Dil Raju, the ace Tollywood producer, is apparently stepping into direct politics by seeking the seat to contest from Nizamabad Lok Sabha.
This producer cum distributor has a devotional bent of mind which indeed goes well with the BJP. On the other hand, Dil Raju also wishes to develop more rapport with the power centers at the Center, which adds value to his business as well as personal image.
Among 17 Lok Sabha seats in Telangana, the national award-winning producer would prefer to contest from the Nizamabad Parliamentary constituency since he was born in Narsingapally in Nizamabad.
If his name is announced, we can also expect the support of several stars in the film industry for his election campaign. Such is the influence of Dil Raju in the industry.
