YSRCP MLA and PAC chairman Buggana Rajendranath Reddy expressed his anguish over AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu's proficiency of english language.
Making slight of Babu's recent statement -- 'I am technology, I make Amaravathi world capital' -- Buggana said that the CM's language was a cause of embarrassment to the people of the state.
Further, he said it was rather hilarious that Chandra Babu was making such statements at a time when he piled up massive loans for the state, while shooting up his net worth by usurping huge amounts of money.
Thanks to Babu, Buggana said that each person in the state of Andhra Pradesh had a loan of Rs 40,000. He added that it was rather sad that nearly 70 per cent of the farmers in the state were debt-ridden.
By taking a direct hit at Babu's claim of making Amaravathi a world-class capital, Buggana said that after snatching away 33,000 acres of farm land from agriculturalists, the incumbent government of AP could not build even one permanent structure till date.
