“Jaan” is the title for Prabhas’s new movie has been under consideration for a long time. Even media has reported it widely.
But Dil Raju wanted the similar-sounding title “Jaanu” for the remake of Tamil movie “96” and approached the UV Creations.
The Prabhas’s producers said they have no objection if Dil Raju wants to name his movie as “Jaanu”. The film starring Samantha and Sharwanand is releasing this weekend.
This has made all to believe that Prabhas would opt for another title. But Dil Raju says that won’t be the case.
“Our film will be forgotten in two months. When Prabhas’s film gets released, no one will remember about our movie title. Moreover, this is a Pan-India film and it will be publicized in a huge manner. So, they may keep the same ‘Jaan’ as the title. It will not be an issue,” Dil Raju told the media talking about the titles.
He hinted that Prabhas’s current film being directed by Radha Krishna Kumar may go with the title ‘Jaan’.
Featuring Pooja Hegde as the female lead, this period romantic drama is being made on a large scale. It is expected to hit the screens in the latter half of 2020.
The title is expected to be announced during the summer holidays.
