Doubts On Atchannaidu Hat Trick Victory

Supporters of Andhra Pradesh TDP President Kinjarapu Atchannaidu believe he is on track to achieve a hat-trick victory in the Tekkali Assembly Constituency this time.

While his supporters express confidence in his success, there is a growing discussion suggesting that it may not be as straightforward as anticipated.

Since his victory in 2019, Atchannaidu has notably been absent from the constituency, with reports indicating that he has not adequately addressed local issues.

Allegations suggest that he spent only a few days in his hometown of Nimmada and favored extended stays in Visakhapatnam.

As dissatisfaction with Atchannaidu's approach mounts, circles within the YCP are eager to capitalize on this sentiment.

The Kalinga community, which holds significant influence in Tekkali, strongly desires to have one of their own represent them in the MLA position, lamenting a lack of representation for years.

Meanwhile, within the YCP, factional disputes have subsided, with the party nominating MLC Duvvada Srinivas and Pedada Tilak for MLA and MP candidacy, respectively.

Tilak's recent tours have garnered positive responses, and the YCP is confident that they can thwart Atchannaidu's bid for a hat-trick victory.
