In a concerning development, actress Kalpika Ganesh's father, Sanghavar Ganesh, has filed a formal complaint with the police, seeking assistance in addressing his daughter's deteriorating mental health condition.
In his complaint, Ganesh stated that his daughter is suffering from a serious mental disorder and poses a threat to herself, her family, and the public.
He revealed that Kalpika has already attempted suicide twice in the past, highlighting the urgency of the situation.
Ganesh further noted that Kalpika was previously admitted to a rehabilitation center for treatment.
However, over the past two years, she has stopped taking her prescribed medication, which has reportedly led to frequent bouts of depression, aggressive behavior, and public nuisance incidents.
Requesting immediate intervention, he urged the police to help facilitate her re-admission to a rehabilitation center for her safety and the well-being of others.
