There have been ongoing rumours that actress Hansika Motwani and her husband, businessman Sohael Khaturiya, may have ended their marriage.
These rumours grew stronger after fans noticed that Hansika deleted several pictures and videos from her Instagram account, including content from their wedding.
A recent report by Hindustan Times on August 5, 2025, also stated that Hansika has moved back in with her mother.
Reason Behind the Speculation
According to an earlier Hindustan Times report dated July 19, 2025, a source said that Hansika is now living with her mother, while Sohael is staying with his parents.
After getting married in December 2022, the couple initially lived with Sohael’s family. But since adjusting to a joint family was difficult, they later moved into a separate apartment in the same building.
However, the source claimed that the couple continued to face issues.
Hansika and Sohael's wedding in December 2022 was featured in a reality series titled Hansika’s Love Shaadi Drama on JioCinema.
The series showed their romantic journey, including a proposal under the Eiffel Tower and their grand wedding celebrations.
Earlier, Sohael was married to Rinky Bajaj. He and Hansika faced backlash online after it came out that Rinky was once a close friend of Hansika.
