'Welcome Events OPT F1 Students'

DesiOPT is collaborating with Indian Student Associations across US who are working hard to keep tradition alive by organizing various events. More than 8,000 members have attended these events and around 15,000 members will be attending upcoming events including Diwali Night, DIYA, Roshini, Garba and more.
 
As we know when students come from home country to US, they need guidance to settle down and understand US Immigration system. These events are essential to build strong network for incoming students and get information on Housing, Health Insurance, Public Safety and Jobs.
 
Indian Student Associations from Universities in California, Texas, Chicago, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Nevada, Kansas, Colorado, Wichita, Georgia, Missouri, Utah, Ohio, New Mexico, Arizona, and Indiana have celebrated Spring Graduation, Fall welcome events and organizing upcoming events.
 
In addition to events, DesiOPT online communities are leveraging Facebook & Forums to discuss and share experiences. So far, this community helped 1500+ OPT/CPT students by sharing their thoughts and experiences. Students have subscribed to newsletter to receive these experiences.
