On one hand, the Andhra Pradesh government has been flaunting the idea of getting expertise from Singapore. But a certain experience with a Singapore firm in Vizag has given rise to fresh apprehensions about Singapore companies.
A housing project has been allocated to Singapore-based JTC Company’s Indian subsidiary Jurong Infrastructure by VUDA.
Though the project took off in 2009, it hasn’t been completed as yet. In between, the Company got into a fight by suggesting that the prices be hiked, but the Vizag Urban Development Authority put its foot down firmly.
So, those who had booked houses in the project named Haritha are concerned that there has been a delay of three years.
Well, it is being said that no company or country will come to aid another country with service motive.
It has to be remembered that money is the primary objective to enter other markets, say observers.
