Soon After Joining BJP, Vijayashanti Begins Firing!

It has been just two days since firebrand actress-turned-politician and ex-MP from Medak M Vijayashanti returned to her parent political party – Bharatiya Janata Party. And she is back to spit fire at her political rivals.

All these days, when she was in the Congress party, Vijayashanti had been confined to express her views through tweets.

Most of the times, she was making critical comments against Telangana Rashtra Samithi and was silent on the attack of the BJP on the Congress party.

Now that she is in the BJP, she has started targeting both the TRS and the Congress by addressing press conferences.

For the first time, she spoke to the media from the dais at the state BJP office, which she never used to do at Gandhi Bhavan when she was in the Congress.

Vijayashanti alleged that the Congress was hand in glove with the TRS to prevent the growth of the BJP.

“Both the Congress and the TRS have a match-fixing. But the people are believing both the parties and in the recent elections, they taught a fitting lesson to them,” she said.

Accusing TRS president and chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao of feasting on the blood of the Telangana people, she said he had come to power riding on the sacrifices made by the martyrs.

“Now, the days of KCR are numbered. Very soon, it will bite the dust,” she said.

Stating that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was striving for the welfare of the country, Vijayashanti said the future belonged to the BJP in Telangana.

“KCR is a better actor than me. He made all efforts to ruin my political career, but he failed to do so. I have bounced back,” she said.
