Jagan develops blisters, as he cross 300 km mark

Though politicians evince a lot of interest in taking up padayatras, it is not so easy for everybody to do it as it requires a lot of physical and mental energy.

And if the padayatra is for 3,000 km spread over six months continuously, one can imagine how much physical pain one has to undergo.

YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, who has been on a marathon padayatra Praja Sankalpam for the last 21 days, has been undergoing a lot of physical strain.

As he crossed his 300 km milestone in Kurnool district on Wednesday, Jagan developed blisters on his feet and fingers and had to take treatment for the same.

The pictures of Jagan undergoing treatment for the blisters on his feet and fingers have come out much to the concern of his followers and fans.

His wife Bharati Reddy also came to his camp to call on him and enquire about his health condition.

Sources said Jagan has got a specialised cream from London to give relief to his feet and protect them from getting damaged.

He is also regularly changing his shoes and socks so as to avoid infection. Yet, he has developed blisters, which cannot be avoided when he takes up such a long walk.

It may be mentioned that even his father Y S Rajasekhar Reddy developed problems for his feet and had to take rest for a couple of days before resuming the padayatra in 2003.

And TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu, too, had developed infection to his feet during his padayatra in 2013.

So, nothing will happen to Jagan and he can accomplish his mission without any problem!
