The Bengaluru police have made four arrests over the stampede that claimed 11 lives during the RCB victory celebration at the M Chinnaswamy stadium on Wednesday.
Among them is Nikhil Sosale, a top marketing official with the IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). He was on his way to the airport when he was arrested.
Three others arrested in the case are from the event management company DNA.
Two officials of the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) - secretary Shankar and treasurer Jayram - are also absconding. The cops reached their house but could not find them.
