CEO And MD of IT Firm Brutally Killed by Ex-employee And Accomplices

In a shocking incident that sent shockwaves through India's IT capital Bengaluru, the CEO and MD of Aeronics Internet Company were brutally murdered by a former employee.

The victims, Phanindra Subramanya and Vinu Kumar, were the MD and CEO of the private firm, and they were attacked by three individuals, including the main accused, Felix, who was a former employee.

The assailants used multiple weapons, including a machete, sword, and a small knife, in the assault.

"Two teams have been formed to apprehend the suspects, and an investigation is underway. Further details will be revealed after a thorough inquiry," stated Raman Gupta, the additional commissioner of police, East Division.

Preliminary findings indicate that around 4 pm, the three accused individuals entered the office in Amruthahalli, North Bengaluru, along with Phanindra. At the time, there were 10 other employees present.

The trio and Phanindra were in his room when the attackers suddenly launched the assault with sharp weapons. Vinu Kumar tried to intervene but was also attacked. The assailants then fled through the backdoor. Despite being rushed to the hospital by the employees, Phanindra and Vinu succumbed to their injuries.

Additional commissioner of police Raman Gupta and DCP (North East) Laxmi Prasad visited the crime scene.

Felix and his accomplices are currently evading capture, and the police have released their photos to aid in locating them. The investigating officers on the ground have suggested that the attack appears to have been premeditated, as the accused individuals were reportedly armed and prepared with a vehicle to escape.

"One possible motive could be business rivalry," said an officer. "It is believed that the accused, Felix, had started a competing company in the same field as Aeronics, leading to intense competition that may have led to this attack."
