The time has come for a new chapter to begin in Indian politics. The Aam Aadmi Party which has evolved from a common man slogan is now attaining the reins of power as its leader Arvind Kejriwal has taken the oath as the chief minister of Delhi. But the date ie December 28th has significance.
Apparently this is the date which marks the 128th year of the formation of the Congress party which has got whitewashed by AAP.
The other irony is that, Kejriwal is able to form the government in Delhi with external support from the Congress who has given 8 MLAs.
The highlight of this irony is Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party fought on the agenda of corruption and the anti-Congress wave but ultimately they are sharing the power with the same party.
The crucial phase begins now as the true character of Kejriwal and AAP members would be put to test.
