Telangana supporter and TDP leader Revanth Reddy insisted that he should get the Malkajgiri seat during the recently concluded general elections.
He even argued that Andhra people should not contest from Malkajgiri as it fell under Telangana. Finally, he had to suffice with Kodangal seat.
The same Revanth Reddy tried to make amends for his erratic behaviour by donating Rs 2 lakh towards the development of a new Andhra capital through ABN Andhra Jyothi.
After making the announcement, he expected claps from fellow members. However, the crowd remained silent as everyone is aware of Revanth Reddy’s past remarks.
Revanth Reddy grew from strength to strength in TDP. Many TDP members now feel that Revanth Reddy would not think twice before jumping into TRS depending on the situation. Nothing comes as a surprise in politics.
