There are many reports that Ratna Prabha, the former IAS officer is going to contest from Tirupati for the Lok Sabha seat. She is being understood as the joint-candidate for BJP and Janasena.
Then the question of who recommended her first has come up. The sources say that it was Pawan Kalyan who recommended her to the BJP. That means BJP has finalized the candidate recommended by Pawan Kalyan.
But there is a twist here as per the inside reports. A source says that Chandrababu Naidu drove Pawan Kalyan to recommend her name. So, the secret hand behind is that of Babu's. This gossip is in wide circulation now.
Ratna Prabha is a sincere and non controversial officer. There are many IAS officers in her family and relatives.
As per the grapevine, Chandrababu used Pawan Kalyan to field her as a BJP candidate. In the last minute, TDP may opt out from contesting the election citing the reason that a right candidate Ratna Prabha is in the contest.
The reason for this is that Panabaka Lakshmi hasn't given a positive nod to TDP yet. Even if she agrees to contest, if TDP lands in third place that would be an insult.
So to avoid such an embarrassing situation, Chandrababu is fielding her candidate in BJP as an 'adrusya hastham'.
