Pawan: 'My Marriages Were Not Planned'

Film actor and Jana Sena leader Pawan Kalyan on Friday said that he will hold a Praja Darbar on reservations.

Interacting with students of an engineering college at Gooty in Anantapur, Pawan said there should be a debate in state assem blies and Parliament on reservations.

“It is a major subject,“ he said while replying to a student. The film actor suggested that financial aid must be given to all students who do not get the benefit of quota.

Pawan's remarks gain significance in the backdrop of AP government constituting a BC Commission to look into the demand for res ervations for the Kapu community to which he too hails.

Pawan said he would undertake a padayatra in drought-hit Rayalaseema. He also broke his silence on his three marriages.

“They were not planned,“ he said. Pawan has often come under sharp criticism for marrying thrice. However, he had remained silent all these days.

Mr. Pawan Kalyan later left for Hyderabad by road.

College correspondent and a member of the Jana Sena Party V.K. Sudheer Reddy was present.
