KTR, Kavitha scratch each other's back in public!

For the media in Telangana, there is no bigger news these days than reporting about Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his family members. Wherever they go, the media in Telangana goes ga ga over them.

On Thursday, the electronic media in Telangana gave full coverage to the public meeting held by the TRS at Armoor in Nizamabad district, which was attended by KCR’s son K T Rama Rao, minister for information technology and his sister K Kavitha, MP from Nizamabad. Apparently, this is the first time that both brother and sister shared the same dais.

Apart from regular Congress bashing, both KTR and Kavitha focussed mainly on praising their father and also patting each other’s back. They said they had learnt a lot from KCR by observing him and as such, he had not given them any formal training.

KTR said he was embarrassed to call Kavitha as MP garu, but he had to praise her because of her tremendous work.

He said his sister is one of the top five orators in the Parliament and is in a respectable position due to the people of Nizamabad from where Jagruthi evolved.

And Kavitha, too, lavished praise on her brother, saying whatever she wanted, KTR was there to solve.

“He used to take care of my needs in the past and also now. He is such a wonderful brother,” Kavitha said.
