JP Is Parroting What Jagan Said Then

Jayaprakash Narayan… the very name is synonymous with being intellectual. But looks like this intelligent man ended up being a tad bit too late this time around.

It has taken him more than 100 days to react to an event that took place in front of his eyes. And this time around, he made it a point to criticize Chandra Babu Naidu who did not give his nod for an alliance for the Malkajgiri seat during 2014 elections.

Right now, JP is accusing Babu of wasting huge amounts of money and alleging that Babu’s demand for Rs 1,00,000 crores for the construction of new capital is totally miscalculated.

In fact, JP is also saying that the government wasted a lot of money for the swearing in ceremony of Chandra Babu. Ironically, the swearing in ceremony was held three months back. So, why is JP fussing now?

At a time when the state is facing deep financial crisis, ruling TDP spent Rs 30 crore for the swearing in ceremony of Chandra Babu.

YSRCP cried foul at the time and questioned how Babu could spend public money ostensibly. In resentment, Jagan Mohan Reddy refused to attend the swearing in ceremony.

However, what is really amusing is that on the day of Babu’s swearing in ceremony, Jaya Prakash Narayan was among the people seated in the very first row.

Wonder what took an intellectual like him to do his math?
