The proposed joint capital of Hyderabad after bifurcation of the State would be like a kingdom without a king and this was proved by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
This was stated by AP NGOs Association president P Ashok Babu on Wednesday. Addressing a maha dharna camp at Indira Park, he said if Hyderabad becomes joint capital, Andhra Pradesh would face the same situation that Arvind Kejriwal witnessed, he warned.
He said that it was good that all the parties came to a common platform at a time when the Samikyandhra agitation was in its second stage.
He said that due to the efforts of the APNGOs, the division of State was delayed.
He wanted the MLAs to defeat the draft Telangana Bill in the State Assembly so that the bifurcation could be stalled.
He also wanted the Legislators to see that there was discussion in the House in a peaceful atmosphere.
