Kanumuri Raghu Ramakrishna Raju resigned from the YSRCP stating that he was a supporter of Samaikhyandhra whereas Jagan was only pretending to be supporter of united state whereas in reality, he was for bifurcation.
However, Raju also went a step further and said that Jagan could not even bear to see his father; the late YSR being praised more than him and on one occasion had even scolded his supporters for praising YSR more than him in the Assembly.
Raju said that he felt bad at this as he was a die-hard supporter of YSR.
Coming out of the party citing ideological differences or compatibility issues can be understood by the public as it is the norm nowadays, but saying that Jagan is jealous of even hearing his father praised is taking things a bit too far.
It is uncalled for and amounts to hitting below the belt. Surely, Raju does not love YSR more than Jagan, does he?.
