It looks like TDP president and Andhra Pradesh CM N Chandrababu Naidu is taking all precautions to ensure that his friendship with the Bharatiya Janata Party and Jana Sena Party will remain intact, so that he would be in a safe zone in the next elections.
After going head over heels to appease Bharatiya Janata Party national president Amit Shah by hosting him lunch and felicitating him to keep the latter in good humour, Naidu has turned his attention on pampering Pawan Kalyan as well.
He is learnt to have asked his party leaders and cadre not to make any negative comments against Jana Sena Party founder, though the latter wants to go independently in the next elections.
“All said and done, Pawan has helped the TDP in the 2014 elections. We have been maintain cordial relations with him and let us continue with the same stand. Let us not make any criticism or attack on Pawan and antagonise him,” he reportedly told the party cadre.
Naidu even told a media house in an interview that he had no doubts over the personality of Pawan Kalyan nor did he question his integrity.
“He has every right to fight for the issues concerning people and the government will do its best to resolve them,” the TDP president said in the interview.
