Story
Set on the backdrop of Parakala village in Warangal district, a feud is going on between Konda Reddy (Dev Gill) and Lala Goud (Pradeep Rawath) since a long time. This is for a 30 acre land that is between their properties of 300 acres land each. So, whoever comes to buy that small bit gets killed. The owner plays a small game and comes to Hyderabad. He sells the land to Ranga (Sunil) who is known for his smart thinking. Ranga’s boss pays the money and the land is bought. However, after coming to the site, Ranga gets to know the problem. His friend (Ali) advises Ranga to take the help of Anita (Isha), daughter of Lala Goud. From then on, Ranga hatches a plan but it gets complicated when Anita confesses her love for him. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.
Performances
Sunil was extraordinary. He proved his mettle in dance, fights and most importantly, his physique. Slowly he is emerging as a new wave actor with a special genre of characterization for him. But he bored with over dose of knee dances. He also appeared repugnant in a few scenes with his sick face.
Isha Chawla doesn’t disappoint. Her lovely smiles and that natural sex appeal strikes a chord with the viewers. However, don’t expect anything sensuous or spicy from her in this movie.
Dev Gill was apt. His meanness and brawny physique with evil expressions make him the perfect villain. Though he is Hindi, he has put good efforts to match the lip sync and made his presence felt.
Pradeep Rawath was rather submissive this time though he was a bad guy. He is more on a soft and humorous note. Overall, he did a decent job and contributed as required.
Ali was okay, Raghu Babu brought few smiles, Pragathi was elegant, Kota was matured, Satyam Rajesh was humorous, Sudharani was regular. Arundhati Sudhakar was upto the mark. Prithvi was apt.

Analysis
The success of any films depends on three main departments- Screenplay, Direction, cinematography and music. And if all of them work then the impact is high.
However good the film may be, it is the climax or the last fifteen to twenty minutes which is crucial. If there are the right kind of peaks then hit is guaranteed. That’s what works for this movie. But the climax fight where Sunil sports his 6 pack muscles would have shot in a better way. The oil that was applied to Sunil’s body failed to match the texture with his face. Thus it creates an impact of morphing though original. Director tried his best to make it gripping but still there is scope to build the emotion. Whistles would have worked in theatres in bigger way if Sunil’s revolt was started with a powerful punch like the one in Rajnikanth’s ‘Basha’, before exposing the body.
However, credit goes to the director for packaging with right masala elements to make it a proper entertainer. He was well supported by the producer who didn’t compromise on quality and a significant score from the music director added to the punch. While the entire storyline goes about with few predictable twists and turns, one can see a slight flavour of ‘Maryada Ramanna’ in few instances. But the energy levels and the tacky screenplay gave the extra boost. Not to forget, the scene where Sunil’s six pack is shown is gripping. As such, this is a film which will have a strong impact at the B, C centers.
At the box office, the film has the perfect ingredients for a commercial potboiler so success looks very strong.
