Pooja Dadlani, manager of Shah Rukh Khan, has bought three apartments in Bandra, Mumbai with her family.
The total cost of these properties is Rs 38.21 crore. She purchased one flat, while her husband Hitesh Gurnani and her father Mohan Dadlani bought one each.
The apartments are located on Carter Road in a building called Varun, which is being redeveloped by Tryksha Real Estate, part of Lotus Developers.
All three flats are on a higher floor. Each apartment has a carpet area of about 1,511 sq ft and a small balcony, making the total area around 4,776 sq ft.
The property deals were registered on April 21, 2026. The buyers paid Rs 2.16 crore as stamp duty and Rs 90,000 as registration fee.
The purchase also includes six parking spaces. The building is still under construction and is expected to be ready by December 2028.
Pooja is known as one of the top celebrity managers in India and handles Shah Rukh Khan’s work and public image.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh has rented luxury apartments in Khar during the renovation of his home, which may take about two years.
