'The Family Man 3' Review: Manoj Nailed It Again

'The Family Man 3' Review: Manoj Nailed It Again

As someone who has followed The Family Man from the start, Season 3 felt both familiar and exciting in the best possible way.

Manoj Bajpayee once again shows why Srikant Tiwari has become one of the most memorable characters on streaming platforms. This season places him in the most dangerous situation of his life and I felt the tension from the very first episode.

The story opens with a series of blasts in Nagaland that set off a new national crisis. The shock is even heavier when Srikant loses someone close to him.

The real twist arrives when Srikant, who usually works in secret, suddenly becomes the country’s Most Wanted Man.

Watching him run, hide and pull his confused family into the storm made the title The Family Man feel more meaningful than in previous seasons.

What stood out to me was how the show moves smoothly between humor and action. One moment Srikant is trying to learn his kids’ Gen Z slang and the next he is defeating trained enemies with complete precision.

It all feels believable and keeps the story grounded. The seven episodes move quickly with the finale titled Endgame raising the stakes to a new level.

The performances remain one of the show’s strongest elements. Manoj Bajpayee is natural funny emotional and intense often all within a single scene.

Jaideep Ahlawat delivers a chilling performance as the antagonist and becomes a powerful force against Srikant.

Sharib Hashmi adds warmth and comic relief while Priyamani brings emotional weight as a wife trying to survive a complicated marriage.

What I appreciated most is that Season 3 never feels repetitive. Raj and DK protect the core of the series which is the life of a man trying to balance his duties and his home life while still giving fresh conflicts deeper emotions and a gripping cliffhanger that left me eager for Season 4. Dont miss it- streaming on Prime Video.
