Multiple films are releasing this weekend. Of them, “Saakini Daakini” is making some noise as the film features Regina Cassandra and Nivetha Thomas.
More than the film’s trailer and promos, it was Regina’s adult joke that went viral.
Regina compared men with Maggi noodles. She said that men are like Maggi noodles, which last for two minutes.
While Regina and Nivetha are doing their part in promotions, the film’s director Sudheer Varma is completely avoiding them.
He skipped attending the pre-release event as well. Buzz is that director Sudheer Varma and producer Sunitha Tati have major differences.
Miffed with her attitude, Sudheer Varma evaded even completing the post-production work. He is busy filming Ravi Teja’s ‘Raavanasura’.
So, “Saakini Daakini” hits the theaters without the involvement of the film’s director. The film is the official remake of the Korean action drama, Midnight Runners.
