Last month, Mahesh Babu took a break from filming "Guntur Kaaram" and went on a short vacation.
The brief vacation turned out to be an extended one. Mahesh Babu will remain in London for another ten days.
Mahesh Babu has chosen to spend his birthday in London. He will turn 48 on August 9. He is accompanied by his wife Namrata, son Gautam, and daughter Sitara.
So, production on "Guntur Kaaram" will not resume until Mahesh Babu returns.
Despite numerous production delays and the exit of several cast and crew members from the project, director Trivikram is optimistic that the film will be completed this year and ready for release during the Sankranthi 2024 festival.
In the film, Mahesh Babu plays Ramya Krishna's son. The story is set against a rural backdrop.
