Even as top director S S Rajamouli is busy shooting for biggest multi-starrer “RRR”, there are speculations about his dream project “Mahabharatam”.
Mahesh Babu’s fans are hoping that Rajamouli would announce this mythological movie with the superstar. Mahesh Babu has been waiting to team up with Rajamouli but it is getting postponed indefinitely.
In a recent video interview, Rajamouli made it clear that he would direct Mahabharatam but not in the near future.
“It is not a speculation. I will direct this epic drama, but I am not sure when would it hit the floors,” he stated. So, this will not be his next film.
Rajamouli will never announce a movie before completing the existing project.
“Whenever I am ready with a perfect script, I will approach Mahesh Babu. There is no hurry”, Rajamouli said earlier.
Mahesh Babu will have to continue signing other films instead of waiting for this top director.
He is now all set to begin promotion of his Sankranthi release “Sarileru Neekevvaru”. He has not announced his next film yet.
