One thing that never changes in the Telugu film industry is the constant shuffle of release dates.
These days, no film arrives in theaters without being postponed at least a couple of times. The latest film to move out of its announced slot is “Dacoit.”
Adivi Sesh has been drawing criticism for prolonged shoots and repeated delays, which in turn have been increasing production costs.
Once again, his film “Dacoit” has missed its schedule. It was earlier planned for release on December 25 but has now been pushed to February 2026.
With “Dacoit” stepping out of the December race, producer Ashwini Dutt has moved in quickly to announce Roshan Meka’s “Champion” for the Christmas weekend.
Adding to the competition, Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas is also joining the festive lineup.
After a modest run with Kishkindhapuri, Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas is now ready with “Tyson Naidu,” directed by Bheemla Nayak fame Saagar K Chandra.
The film, which has been in production for more than two years, is finally set to hit theaters this December.
