Dark Story Of A Studio In Visakhapatnam

The Ramanaidu Studio acquired approximately 35 acres of land on a prime hillside location near Visakha beach at a meagre price of Rs 25 lakh per acre during Chandrababu Naidu's regime.

During Chandrababu Naidu's tenure, there was no development of the film industry in Visakhapatnam, and the studio was not built until YS Rajasekhar Reddy's administration.

However, it is needless to say that not much progress has been made with the studio's expansion and development, despite several film shoots taking place there.

It was discovered that the studio had not paid vacant land taxes totaling more than one crore rupees since 2012. This company, which has a turnover of several hundred crores, has neglected to pay a sum of just one crore rupees over the course of a decade, and the authorities have overlooked this.

The lack of tax revision for the studio since 2012 is another issue, and it raises questions about whether the same treatment would be given to an ordinary citizen.

Who is responsible for the lack of tax revision between 2012 and 2019, when the company was under a different administration? Would any action taken by YCP's administration be perceived differently, with the slogan 'badude badudu'?

Furthermore, the company continues to operate with two stars who have amassed vast fortunes, turnovers, and remunerations.
