Actress Anasuya Bharadwaj issued a stern warning to a group of misbehaving boys during a recent public appearance in Markapuram, Prakasam district.
She was attending the inauguration of a shopping mall named Kamala when a group of young boys began shouting inappropriate comments, including calling her “hot aunty.”
Visibly upset, Anasuya responded sharply, saying, “Cheppu teguddi” (I’ll hit you with my slipper), and publicly reprimanded them.
“You’re young boys. Would you speak like this to your mothers? If you talk and behave this way, I’ll slap you right in front of them,” she said firmly.
Her strong response served as a clear warning against inappropriate public behavior and drew attention to the importance of respecting women in public spaces.
