The third-generation Mega Heroes, including Sai Dharam Tej, Varun Tej, and Vaishnav Tej, are currently navigating their way in search of the right breakthrough, as none of them have secured significant hits thus far.
Varun Tej has notable films such as F2, F3, and Fidaa in his filmography. Sai Dharam Tej, on the other hand, has a blockbuster like Virupaksha, with several mass hits preceding it. Despite this, there have been setbacks, but Sai Dharam has experienced more mass hits than Varun.
Vaishnav Tej made a promising entry with Uppena, but unfortunately, he hasn't followed it up with subsequent hits.
Currently, Varun Tej has two or three films in hand, but Sai Dharam Tej and Vaishnav Tej are yet to announce their new projects.
Sai Dharam, despite having opportunities after Virupaksha, has faced delays in getting back to the set. 'Ganja Shankar' is supposed to be made under the Sitara Entertainments banner, but it is still not on the sets. Although there were rumors of a shoot in the third week of this month, it appears that the plans have been postponed again.
A few years ago, Sai Tej faced delays due to a focus on fitness after his accident, but now he is in good shape. However, the reasons for the ongoing delays remain unclear. Vaishnav Tej currently has no films in hand, and producers seem to be overlooking him.
It is imperative for these three young mega heroes to deliver successful hits this year to maintain the legacy of the Mega Heroes.
Failure to do so could restrict the influence of the Mega Heroes to the second generation, especially with new talents entering the industry regularly, making it challenging for them to sustain their prominence.
