Bengal Tiger Drops, Sankarabharanam Flops

Bengal Tiger Drops, Sankarabharanam Flops

Expectedly Bengal Tiger has seen alarming drops across the Telugu states on Monday after a pretty solid first weekend.

Despite the drop in collections trade sources say that Bengal Tiger could become a safe venture for the buyers if not profitable.

Bengal Tiger will retain most of its theaters in its second week as there is not much competition in this week.

Sankarabharanam that was released last week didn’t have a fruitful second weekend at the box office. The film is sold for high rates and unable to recover the investments in almost all the areas, said trade sources.

As per sources this film is looking at sixty to seventy lakhs loss in Nizam, over 40 lakhs loss in Ceded and a cumulative loss of over Rs. 1.5 crore in Andhra regions.

With Bengal Tiger taking over the box office small films like Size Zero and Sankarabharanam couldn’t put up a fight in this weekend.

Kumari 21 F has turned out to be a super hit for all the buyers. Rajugari Gadhi and Kumari 21F are the only successful films in the recent past.
