A month long promotions are planned for Nani’s Tuck Jagadish hitting screens on April 23rd.
The film’s trailer will be released on April 13th for Ugadi during a promotional event in Vizag and pre-release will take place in Hyderabad on 18th.
Apart from these, the team conducts few other promotional events. Nani says, ‘April will be #TuckJagadishMonth .’
During the film’s press meet, director Shiva Nirvana said, “The intention of the press meet is to tell that no family in Telugu states should miss this film. I don’t know whether I will make another family film in future. I wanted to make a film to present all the love I have on family emotions and that is Tuck Jagadish.”
Shiva Nirvana clarified that, there is no inspiration of films like Balarama Krishnulu for the story idea of Tuck Jagadish.
Nani said, “I’m very confident and excited as we have watched final cut of the film. After coming out of editing table, I told Shiva that it will be a blockbuster. It gave me complete serenity. In next few days, lots of promotional activities will happen. I, hope it will be a memorable summer for Tollywood.
Tuck Jagadish is a very pure and rare Telugu film with Telugu flavor all over. While the teaser was very unique, theatrical trailer will be highly intense and emotional. My nervousness will continue till I watch morning show with you in theatres.
Prasad Murella captured rawness and energy beautifully. I wanted to work with Thaman for long and it finally happened. He is the right choice for Tuck Jagadish.
I watch my films, as an audience. Good or bad, it will reflect in my face. Coming to Tuck Jagadish, as an artist and as an audience I’m fully satisfied.
We titled Tuck Jagadish not because it sounds catchy; there is a story behind it. I will be seen with tuck from start to end. I didn’t usually like to tuck, but it I’ve become habituated to it now.
There is a dialogue when the film’s title rolls and it defines my character in the film. I actually do not react to anything, but this character makes you smile and emotional. That’s the beauty of the character.”
Nani made it clear that he won’t be wielding megaphone in near future.
