National Award-winning actress Kriti Sanon has added another luxury address to her name with the purchase of a sea-facing duplex penthouse in Mumbai’s posh Pali Hill area, Bandra West.
The property, located in the upscale Supreme Prana residential tower, reportedly cost over ₹78.20 crore.
Spread across the 14th and 15th floors, the penthouse covers 6,636 sq ft and includes an additional 1,209 sq ft open terrace on the top floor.
Valued at around ₹1.18 lakh per sq ft, the residence also comes with six exclusive car parking spaces. The property is jointly owned by Kriti and her mother.
As part of the deal, the actress paid ₹3.91 crore in stamp duty, bringing the total cost; including GST and other charges; to over ₹84.16 crore.
The purchase grants her exclusive terrace rights, offering sweeping views of the Arabian Sea.
This is not Kriti’s first foray into high-value real estate. In 2023, she bought a 2,000 sq ft plot in Alibaug, a hotspot for celebrity second homes, and in 2024, she acquired a ₹35 crore 4-BHK apartment in Bandra West.
Bandra West remains a hub for Bollywood’s elite, with residents including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Javed Akhtar, and Rekha.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are also set to move into the neighbourhood soon.
