Top 5: Nani Conquers BO Yet Again

1) Ninnu Kori: Nani's fine run at the box office continues with Ninnu Kori that is set to become another hit for the talented actor.

The film has done very well all over including overseas and posted solid numbers in its first weekend.

Its openings are so good that the film will be a hit even if it suffers a fall during weekdays.

Surprisingly, the film has done pretty well in B and C centers although its content is primarily targeted at A centers audience.

2) Spiderman Homecoming: New look of Spidey has been weaving magic at the ticket windows. People are just in awe of Jon Watts take on the superhero.

It has done superb business across all the multiplexes across India and is expected to have long run given the response from public.

3) Mom: Sridevi’s thriller/drama failed to impress general audience as well as the critics. Weak premise and screenplay full of clichés seems to be the biggest problem for Mom.

The film couldn’t take a bright start anywhere and is likely to end up flop.

4) DJ: Allu Arjun’s star power ensured good opening, but Harish Shankar’s lackluster script has let down DJ.

The film couldn’t get to the safe mark even after having two full weeks to cash in on without any competition. It is the first flop for Allu Arjun in a long time.

5) Marakathamani: Aadhi Pinisetty’s horror comedy turned out to be a sleeper hit as it kept on minting shares right from its opening day till now.

It is a profitable venture for its buyers as they recovered their investment from the theatricals and satellite rights will fetch handsome profits for them.
