Sye Raa Needs National Strategy

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy's motion poster was released amidst fanfare and it turned out to be a success.

Chiranjeevi's fans and mega fans were thrilled once the logo was out. While all this is good news, the team of Sye Raa has a lot of groundwork to do.

The film's unit dropped Uyyalawada from the title to ensure the film has a national appeal. However, they haven't done much to make sure that the movie catches the attention of India-wide audiences.

To give it a pan-India appeal, the makers have roped in a multi-lingual starcast that includes the likes of superstar Amitabh Bachchan, Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi and Kannada actor Sudeep.

However, when Sye Raa was announced it did not create any buzz outside the Telugu states.

In case of Baahubali, social media promotion played a key role in making it a household name. Enough hype was created around the film and when the film released, it helped the business. In case of Sye Raa, the first look failed to go viral.

So it is now up to the team of Charan's Konidela Productions to find out the strategy of Baahubali team and use the same to make sure Sye Raa gets the nation talking.
