What Ram Gopal Varma has intended is happening without much effort from his side. Like most of his films of late, the maverick director had wanted a huge controversy for "Lakshmi's NTR" before he takes the film to the sets.
And like he 'might' have anticipated, the TDP leaders are doing the work for him by making all kinds of statements against him.
Frustrated statements from TDP ministers, party leaders and MPs have made RGV's job easier. In fact, his biopic has started getting publicity even in national media and he seems to be thoroughly enjoying the show.
Since the film already has so much hype, talk is that some Bollywood actors are also keen on being part of the film.
While RGV is considering to rope in a Bollywood actor to play the part of NTR, either Roja or Radhika Apte will be playing Lakshmi Parvathi in the film.
He will be launching the film in February 2018, much before Balakrishna's launch in March. Balakrishna's NTR biopic will be directed by Teja.
