The latest buzz doing rounds in Film Nagar is that Ram Charan-Sukumar's period love story 'Rangasthalam' might not release in the month of March.
The makers are said to be planning to push it to the second week of April as there is an open window during that period.
Now that Rajinikanth's "2.0" has finalized April 27, 2018, as its release date, both Mahesh Babu's "Bharath Ane Nenu" and Allu Arjun's "Naa Peru Surya" movies have been postponed to May. So, there is a space for a big movie for hitting the theatres during early April.
Meanwhile, the producers of "Mahanati" have announced that they are releasing their movie as Ugadi special on March 29.
Ram Charan's "Rangasthalam" has been postponed several times since its launch. The film was originally planned for August 2017 release but the shoot got delayed and it was announced as Sankranthi 2018 release.
When Pawan Kalyan's "Agnaathavaasi" announced Jan 10 as its release date, Ram Charan's film got pushed to March. Now, the film's unit is planning further postponement.
Sukumar has almost wrapped up the movie's shoot except for two songs and some patchwork. The film is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
