Ram: 'Not Getting Good Scripts'

Ram Pothineni has been doing mediocre and routine movies. Of which some of them have been clicking at box-office and some haven't, but the fact remains that he is not attempting different subjects or plots.

Interestingly, Ram has agrees that his movies are stuck mostly in two genres - romance and action/mass.

"What should I do? Most filmmakers approach me with scripts falling in romantic genre. I reject many stories and select those who I like immensely from the stories that I am offered. I haven't been offered any great scripts," he shares, talking about why his films end up being mediocre.

Ram was talking to media ahead of his upcoming release "Hello Guru Prema Kosame".

He has not signed his next film yet, though 'Rx 100' director Ajay Bhupathi and Puri Jagannadh are waiting for a nod from him.

Ram has this bad name that he dodges on finalising scripts or cancels films after okaying them.

He recently cancelled 'Garuda Vega' fame Praveen Sattaru's thriller after launching it in a grand way.
