Superstar Rajinikanth's much-awaited "2.0", sequel to his record-breaking hit "Enthiran -Robo", has completed shooting part but the movie is likely to be postponed again.
Sources close to the production house told us that they are now working on the rescheduling of its release.
"Baahubali 2" is the reason for the change of its release date now.
"2.0", Shankar's magnum opus that is being made with Rs 400 Cr budget, was to release on Diwali this year but it was postponed recently. The makers announced that they have shifted the movie to Republic Day in 2018.
"Visual effects are being rendered on international standards. Hence it requires three or four months of time further," said the Lyca Productions, the production house, announcing the postponement.
Now, they are said to be planning to move the movie to April 14th, from Jan 25th. After seeing how "Baahubali 2" conquered Hindi belt in summer holidays, the team of "2.0" are now thinking to push the film to summer season.
They have realized that the Jan - Feb season would not bring the same collections that a summer movie does.
So, expect another announcement of postponing the movie.
