Director Puri Jagannadh has developed special sentiment towards the land of Aluminium factory in Hyderabad. The defunct factory is now being used only for the purpose of shootings.
Puri Jagannadh filmed most of action episodes for his movies right from "Pokiri" at this place and now he is entirely shooting Balakrishna's movie at this place.
A huge colony set with the cost of Rs 2 Cr was created on the premises of Aluminium factory and he began shooting the second schedule of Balakrishna's 101st movie here.
Generally, such sets are created either at Ramoji Film City or at Annapurna Studios but Puri believes this place is most convenient and also this is cost-effective. So, he made the art director to create a colony set in this place.
A portion of the film will also be shot in a foreign location but other than that entire movie would be filmed at Aluminium factory. Balakrishna is also happy that the set is nearby to his place.
Puri Jagannadh's office name is Cove and his unit members Aluminium factory is his new den in Hyderabad. So, has he stopped going frequently to Bangkok now?
