NTR has given biggest hit in his career with "Janatha Garage". When such massive hits are delivered, all big heroes tend to increase their remunerations.
Mahesh Babu did similar thing after the blockbuster "Srimanthudu". Before the release of "Srimanthudu", he was charging around Rs 18 Cr per movie but later he started taking in Rs 22 Cr to 25 Cr.
But NTR has not increased his remuneration for his next movies. Not just that, he won't be gaining monetarily much with these two films.
He has given his dates to his elder brother Kalyan Ram to produce his next film that is to be directed by Bobby. For this he is not charging much. Even his remuneration will be decided based on the business they would be doing later.
On the other hand, he has also signed director Trivikram's movie, which will be produced by Suryadevara Radhakrishna of Harika Haasine Creations. Since it was NTR's choice to act under Trivikram's direction, he reportedly did not demand much remuneration other than his regular price.
NTR is doing both these movies on his own choice, one for family, the other for his personal taste.
