Ever since Nandi awards have been announced, there have been comments and counter comments.
The raging controversy over Nandi Awards has put the entire “Yellow Batch” of Tollywood in shame.
Initially, the comments were from couple of disappointed film-makers, but now even common public have realized that the jury members erred in a big way and fudged the winners' list.
The controversy began with Nandamuri Balakrishna’s movie “Legend”, an out and out commercial mass movie, winning nine awards including Best Film undermining deserving movies like “Manam” and “Kanche”.
However, since the announcement of the awards, Nandamuri Balakrishna became silent on the matter though his son-in-law Lokesh defended the choices.
Balakrishna recently spoke to the media and thanked the jury for giving him awards and also congratulated other winners, but he refused to comment on the controversy.
Even after Posani lashed out at his son-in-law, he has been maintaining stoic silence over the row.
Generally, Balayya is known for speaking his mind caring little about the consequences. But this time, he is maintaining strategic silence.
