Agnyaathavaasi will be the first big ticket film to hit the screens this year. Agnyaathavaasi that completed censor formalities will release on Jan 10th a couple of days ahead of Sankranthi.

Summer is going to be huge for Tollywood this year with many big films eyeing to cash in on the summer box office.

Telugu biggies like Bharat Ane Nenu starring Mahesh Babu and Naa Peru Surya featuring Allu Arjun will arrive in April/May.

Bharat Ane Nenu is likely to do Rs. 100 crore business with Srimanthudu director Koratala Siva teaming up with Mahesh again.

Allu Arjun’s NPS also will do huge business given the actor’s recent track record. Directed by debutant Vakkantam Vamsi, NPS business will easily exceed Rs. 80 crore for sure.

There is Ram Charan and Sukumar’s Rangasthalam that is also hitting the screens in summer.

Baahubali star Prabhas’s Saaho is expected to release in this year itself.

NTR’s next with Trivikram also will release during Dussera time if there isn’t any delay in the filming.

Charan’s next with Boyapati also is eyeing at Dussera release as of now. NBK’s Jai Simha is hitting the screens for Sankranthi and Nag’s fourth film with RGV will be out for summer.

Venkatesh’s Aata Naade Veta Naade with Teja will release during the second half of the year.

Anushka’s Bhaagamathie, Nani’s Krishnarjuna Yuddham, Naga Chaitanya’s Savyasachi, Savitri’s biopic Mahanati, Sharwanand’s film with Hanu Raghavapudi, Raviteja’s Touch Chesi Chudu, Varun Tej’s Toliprema, Sai Dharam Tej’s next with Vinayak, Bellamkonda Srinivas’s Sakshyam are among the other big releases of the year.

2018 is going to be a busy one for Tollywood with many other notable medium budget and low budget films lined up.
