Naga Chaitanya starrer 'Raarandoi Veduka Choodhm' is gearing up audio launch. On the other hand, three audio songs have already come out on youtube.
Though none of them are bad, the general feeling is that music composer Devi Sr Prasad has given rehashed tunes of his old numbers for this movie.
Generally, Devi Sri Prasad reserves best numbers for top stars and directors who are close to him. For others, he gives half-baked output. Many filmmakers have faced this partiality from DSP.
Though DSP has given best music to Nagarjuna's movies earlier, this time has not given anything novel to Chaitanya starrer.
The director Kalyan Krishna extracted catchy tunes from Anup Rubens in 'Soggade Chinni Nayana'. Compared to 'Soggade', 'Raarandoy' have no instant hit numbers.
DSP seems to have not come out from the hangover of 'Nenu Local' and other recent albums as most numbers in 'Raarandoi Veduka Choodhm' remind us those songs.
'Raarandoi Veduka Choodhm' has Naga Chaitanya and Rakul Preet Singh as the lead pair and Nagarjuna himself produces it on Annapurna Studios banner.
Let's hope that the songs sound effective with visuals on screen.
