According to director Harish Shankar and the PR team of "DJ", the movie has joined the ranks of "Gabbar Singh", "Attharintiki Daaredi", and "Srimanthudu".
They have issued a statement saying that the movie has collected a share of Rs 20 Cr in Nizam in just 13 days.
As media and social media have pointed out the fake figures the team has been quoting, Allu Arjun and Harish Shankar reportedly have rattled. Hence they have come up with a sheet with the collections of each district in Telangana (Nizam area).
They claim that multiplexes have contributed Rs 4.11 Cr and Hyderabad's single screens have given the distributors a share of Rs 5.59 Cr. Rest came from the screens in districts.
